The General Decline Pathogen Panel™ is a multiplex molecular diagnostic assay developed to address persistent reductions in vigor, growth, and yield that cannot be explained by nutrition or environment alone. These symptoms often reflect long-term or low-visibility infections that quietly degrade crop performance.

This panel simultaneously detects:
• Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), associated with reduced vigor, yield loss, and diminished cannabinoid and terpene production.
• Fusarium oxysporum, a soilborne fungal pathogen that disrupts vascular function and contributes to gradual plant decline.
• Fusarium solani, a root-associated fungus linked to impaired nutrient uptake and reduced growth.
