The Yellowing Pathogen Panel™ is a multiplex molecular diagnostic assay developed to investigate infectious contributors to persistent chlorosis, vein clearing, and stalled growth that cannot be resolved through nutrition or environmental adjustment alone. These symptoms are frequently misattributed to nutrient deficiencies, leading to repeated feeding changes while underlying infections remain unaddressed.

This panel simultaneously detects:

  • Lettuce Chlorosis Virus (LCV), a viral pathogen associated with widespread yellowing and reduced photosynthetic capacity.
  • Beet Curly Top Virus (BCTV), which can cause chlorosis alongside deformation and stunting.
