At MyFloraDNA, we are committed to providing quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below for guidance.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Testing Services: Refunds are available if a test is not performed as requested or if there is a confirmed laboratory error.
- Refunds for Unused Vials: In cases where not all vials are submitted for analysis, no partial refunds will be issued. The promotional price applies to the entire service package as a whole, regardless of the number of vials sent.
- No Retroactive Adjustments: Adjustments to the promotional pricing for unused vials cannot be made retroactively. Customers are encouraged to utilize the full number of vials included in the offer to maximize the value of the promotion.
- Non-Refundable Tests: Tests completed correctly based on sample conditions cannot be refunded.
- Refund Amount: Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- Product Condition: if vials have been shipped, items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition, with all accompanying materials.
2. Requesting a Refund
- Initiate Request: To request a refund, please contact us at adreanna@lmyfloradna.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
- Response Time: We will review your request and respond within 24 hr.
3. Processing Refunds
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for cases involving partial service or discrepancies.
4. Sample Policy
- Samples: Once submitted, biological samples cannot be returned. Ensure all requirements are met prior to submission.
