Fusarium oxysporum is a fungal pathogen that attacks the root systems of plants, including cannabis. This pathogen is highly infectious and spreads easily in warm, moist environments, making it a significant threat to cannabis crops. Additionally, Fusarium can be transmitted by seed propagation, further increasing the risk of infection.

Our proprietary plant pathogen detection assay provides a high-throughput, low-cost solution for cannabis cultivators. MFDetect™ combines two established technologies to accurately and rapidly identify pathogenic viruses, like Fusarium.
