Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CCV)

About this product

Detect Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CCV) using our industry-leading assays. Our MFDetect™ technology, a high-throughput, low-cost solution for Cannabis and Hemp, combines two established technologies to accurately identify viruses like CCV in Cannabis samples, with rapid turnarounds and cost-efficient prices.

In our Lab:

Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CCV) is a double-stranded RNA virus member of the Partitiviridae family causing subtle symptoms in Cannabis plants. Some of these symptoms include smaller flower quality and stunted growth. CanCV may be transmitted through infected plant material such as seeds, cuttings, or pollen, by pests such as aphids, and through contaminated tools or equipment.

Our proprietary plant pathogen detection assay provides a high-throughput, low-cost solution for cannabis cultivators. MFDetect™ combines two established technologies to accurately and rapidly identify pathogenic viruses, like Cannabis Cryptic Virus.

With decades of expertise in genomics, plant biology, and breeding, we offer customized solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. We understand that no two operations are the same, which is why we provide industry-leading solutions tailored to optimize your crop production and cultivation management practices.
