Cannabis Cryptic Virus
About this product
Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CanCV) is a double-stranded RNA virus member of the Partitiviridae family causing subtle symptoms in Cannabis plants. Some of these symptoms include smaller flower quality and stunted growth. CanCV may be transmitted through infected plant material such as seeds, cuttings, or pollen, by pests such as aphids, and through contaminated tools or equipment.
Our proprietary plant pathogen detection assay provides a high-throughput, low-cost solution for cannabis cultivators. MFDetect™ combines two established technologies to accurately and rapidly identify pathogenic viruses, like Cannabis Cryptic Virus.
