About this product
Detect Lettuce Chlorosis Virus (LCV) using our industry-leading assays. Our MFDetect™ technology, a high-throughput, low-cost solution for Cannabis and Hemp, combines two established technologies to accurately identify viruses like LCV in Cannabis samples, with rapid turnarounds and cost-efficient prices.
In our Lab:
Lettuce Chlorosis Virus (LCV), a single-stranded RNA bipartite Crinivirus. This RNA virus can cause stunted growth, reduced yield, and diminished flower quality. It is primarily spread during feeding by the greenhouse whitefly, a common pest in cannabis and hemp cultivation. LCV can also be transmitted through the use of infected plant material, such as seeds or cuttings, or by contaminated tools and equipment.
Our proprietary plant pathogen detection assay provides a high-throughput, low-cost solution for cannabis cultivators. MFDetect™ combines two established technologies to accurately and rapidly identify pathogenic viruses, like Lettuce Chlorosis Virus.
With decades of expertise in genomics, plant biology and breeding, we offer customized solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. We understand that no two operations are the same, which is why we provide industry-leading solutions tailored to optimize your crop production and cultivation management practices.
